Lazy F offers school and home-school groups outdoor, experiential, place-based programs designed to meet the needs of each group. Schools and groups can either select from some of our most popular classes - or in many cases - we can help design curriculum to relate directly to your classroom learning.
Our philosophy of outdoor education in multi-faceted. We want students to leave with or having: been engaged, excited, and inspired to continue learning; having learned both concepts and facts that will help them in their classroom learning, testing and with life applications; and gained common bonds with their classmates and teachers that help draw in group ideas and acceptance of differences.
Schools and other educational groups generally come for 2 to 3 days (but single day to 5 day stays are possible). We provide warm lodging, quality flexible food service, and a range of programming options.
