*Night Owl is the ONLY camp at Lazy F this week*
Dates: July 23rd -27th 2012 (Drop Off: 3pm Monday 23rd July) (Collect: 2pm Friday 27th)Not a morning person? Not a problem! Stay up late, sleep in later and find your way in the dark. Each day the night gets longer and the morning gets shorter. At Night Owl you will experience team challenges, adventures on our challenge course, a midnight barbeque and our infamous sunrise service at the cross. Along the way, you may encounter a little mud, a refreshing late night swim at the pool, an evening of stargazing and some fun adventures that the staff throws in! And now, Night Owl has an NEW age range – giving you a chance to share in fellowship with an even bigger nocturnal community!
The Layout of Night Owl is Designed to
Meet 5 Goals:
·
To share in a fun, unifying faith curriculum
(Chapel, part of vespers, part of afternoon activities)
·
To have time for each camper to be able to share things with their cabin
and feel they are individually valued and important
(Evening Vespers - the whole day too - but specifically vespers)
·
To have an opportunity for your camper to choose an element of what they
will be doing and mingle with other kids their own age with similar
interests
(Morning Electives)
·
To have time for each cabin group to come together as friends
(Afternoon Cabin Time)
·
To have time for all the kids in the session to come together as a
community and have fun
(Evening Program)
