Junior High Way!
Dates:
July 25th-31st
Grades: 6-8
Cost:
$350.00/$395.00/$435.00
Your Junior High Way camp
offers an awesome blend of challenges, activities, friend time, faith
time, and do it all time. Whether is will be your first time at
camp or whether you're a seasoned Lazy F veteran - you will be quickly
absorbed into the action and find yourself among friends. You'll
also learn about
God’s
way, have the choice to challenge yourself on camp's teambuilding and
high ropes course, raft
down the “mighty” Yakima River, and maybe search for
"treasure" near a section of camp with a little mud.
The Junior High Way
layout is designed to meet 5 goals:
To bring in a
fun unifying faith curriculum (Chapel, part of vespers, part of some
afternoon activities)
To have time for each camper to be able to share
things with their cabin, and feel they are individually
know and important (evening vespers - the whole day too - but
specifically vespers)
To have an opportunity for your camper to choose
an element of what they will be doing, and
intermingle
with other kids their own age (morning electives)
To have time for
each cabin group to come together as friends (afternoon cabin
time)
To have time for the all the kids in the session to be able to
come together in fun (evening program)
To get an idea of what a camp day might look like...
